Build & Burn is all about building a strong, capable body. Each class starts with a short block of exercises to help you move better—things like light jumping, mobility work, and controlled power drills to get your body ready. Then we move into strength training that helps you build muscle, tone up, and feel more confident in how you move. This group training session is for you if you want to:

DYNAMIC ROOTS

Dynamic Roots is a fun, challenging class designed to reconnect you with natural movement. Through exercises like crawling, carrying, jumping, and medicine ball throws, you'll build coordination, core strength, balance, and stamina. Each workout challenges your body in a new way, making you feel more athletic, mobile, and capable in everyday life. This group training session is for you if you want to:

How will the group TRAINING SESSIONS be structured?

Each session follows a three-block format. Every block consists of 2-4 movements, performed in a structured, circuit-style rotation.These workouts are designed to develop a balanced combination of:

‍Strength & Power: Build the foundation for explosive athleticism.
‍Speed & Agility: Move faster, react quicker, and improve coordination.
‍Mobility & Movement Quality: Improve range of motion and bulletproof your body.

Each workout is strategically designed to help you perform at your best, whether you’re an athlete, a competitor, or someone who just wants to move and feel better every day.

What can I expect from a group TRAINING SESSION?

Our group training sessions are built to bring the energy of a team environment while delivering high-quality coaching and results. Together, we start with a structured warm-up to prepare our bodies for the work ahead.

Once we're primed, we'll break down each movement, demonstrating proper form, explaining why it matters, and how we’ll cycle through the workout. Then, we crank up the music and get after it, pushing ourselves while our coaches ensure every movement is performed safely and effectively.

We track progress, adapt training intensity to fit individual needs, and create an environment where everyone (regardless of experience) can thrive.
