The Murph consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and a final 1-mile run to close it out. Pacing your runs and breaking up your reps efficiently will be the key to finishing strong.
The Murph was originally created in honor of Navy Seal Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who gave his life in Afghanistan in 2005. The Murph has become a Memorial Day tradition across the country. It's a way to remember and honor all who have served and sacrificed. Challenge yourself on this holiday!
