The Grounded Grit Combine is your chance to push your limits and see what you’re really capable of. You’ll rotate through tests such as:
• Broad jump for distance
• Box jump for height
Heavy sets of:
• Deadlift
• Bench press
• Hang clean
Your top result will go on the leaderboard and can be used as a benchmark as you continue to train. It’s all about friendly competition, celebrating personal bests, and pushing yourself alongside the community in a fun, high-energy environment.
